We ship all orders with UPS. Depending on the customer’s choice, we ship with UPS Standard or UPS Express. To continue to guarantee good service, we charge shipping costs. For orders starting from €250 excluding VAT, we offer free shipping with Standard delivery.

We are located in the Netherlands, and all orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Maasland, near Rotterdam. We do not work with external fulfillment partners. Every item is stored, packed, and shipped by our own team to ensure full control and consistent quality.
If you live outside the European Union, please note that any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you place an order before 4:00 PM, we will process it immediately. The shipping time depends on whether you have chosen UPS Standard or UPS Express. In addition, your shipping address also affects the shipping time.
