We ship all orders with UPS. Depending on the customer’s choice, we ship with UPS Standard or UPS Express. To continue to guarantee good service, we charge shipping costs. For orders starting from €250 excluding VAT, we offer free shipping with Standard delivery.

We are located in the Netherlands. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Rotterdam. We do not use external parties. Our entire stock and all orders are carefully processed by our own employees.
If import costs apply because you live outside the European Union, these costs will be at your expense.
If you place an order before 4:00 PM, we will process it immediately. The shipping time depends on whether you have chosen UPS Standard or UPS Express. In addition, your shipping address also affects the shipping time.
