Designed for use in small and embedded systems where full-size PCIe slots are not available, the Eco Capture family of high performance, cost-efficient video capture hardware complements Magewell’s flagship Pro Capture series by OEMs and system integrators providing an ultra-compact capture solution with low power consumption for space-constrained applications.

Eco Capture cards provide excellent quality and reliability for transferring video and audio signals to all popular software for applications including live streaming, coding, collaboration, video conferencing, virtual reality (VR) production, medical imaging and archiving.

The Eco Capture SDI 4K Plus M.2 captures single-channel 4K video up to 4096×2160 at full 60 frames per second over a single-link, 12G-SDI interface.

The ultra-compact Eco Capture cards measure just 22 x 80 mm (0.87 x 3.15 in), which matches the M.2 2280 size specification. Drivers are available for Windows and Linux operating systems. FPGA-based video processing provides high performance up/down/cross scaling, image control and color space conversion without burdening the host system’s CPU.
