Description

The fiber bridge to power Studio Camera

Adapter Two Hybrid bridges the gap between FieldCast fiber cable and Blackmagic Design Studio Camera™. It mounts directly to the side of the camera housing, connects to the camera SFP with a flexible LC Duplex bridging cable and supplies power to the camera.

With Adapter Two you can transport your HD or 4K video back and forth and control all the functions of your Studio Camera™ with just one thin and flexible FieldCast 2Core cable, no matter the distance!

Full camera control with just one fiber optic cable

If you want to move your studio camera freely across the studio floor and take advantage of all the benefits of ATEM camera control, you’ll need two independent SDI cameras for each camera. using connections to make it all possible. Of course you can get by with two stiff copper coaxial cables, but you can also consider going for FieldCast 2Core Hybrid and having one thin and flexible cable for each camera. Connect Adapter Two Hybrid to your studio camera and you have the most robust fiber optic connection possible, even more robust than the good old BNC connectors on your copper cable.

Plus, even with 4K video, you can travel any distance and use the same studio cameras in the field without worry. Adapter Two Hybrid is a completely passive device that bridges fiber optics in the simplest way possible, providing full power to the cameras without any special tricks. Just keep the connections clean and get to work.
