This very high quality HDMI cable is suitable for almost all applications. It meets the HDMI v2.1 requirement, with support for Dynamic HDR and Dolby® Vision, so it is also suitable for use in combination with a 21:9 screen and all color (chroma) formats. If you want a cable with the best performance at the moment (anno Nov. 2020), then this cable is excellent.
Ideal for use with devices that can output 8K resolution (max 7680 x 4320 @ 60 Hz) to a display that can also display this. Suppose that your equipment does not yet all comply with this, then you can of course use the cable. It is, as they call it, “backwards compatible”. A good connection between, for example, your Blu-Ray player, Mediabox, Laptop, etc. and your TV or Projector is always nice. Ultimately, you often want to get the most out of the equipment.
As mentioned before, this cable supports Dynamic HDR and Dolby® Vision, but also (enhanced) ARC (eARC), Game Mode VVR and 1080p in high frame rate or dynamic adjustment or lip synch for Audio and Video delays. all no problem. 3D, 4K (Ultra HD) and other audio formats are also no problem. Naturally, the CEC 2.0 control commands are also supported.
