The Blackmagic Mini Converter – SDI Distribution is a 1×8 distribution amplifier for SDI, HD and 3G-SDI signals. The Mini Converter automatically detects the type of input signal, re-clocks it and the eight outputs automatically match the SDI video input. This device is an affordable way to distribute SDI signals.

1080p and 2K distribution

The Mini Converter supports all SDI-related transmission features, including embedded audio, additional data and a 3GB/s transmission rate, which is suitable for video formats up to 1080p and 2K progressive. It even processes ASI asynchronous signals containing multiple compressed programs with different transmission rates.
